Elton John's Winter ball - all the frocks

To be perfectly honest Mr John we were a tad disappointed in the guestlist for your charity do this winter- where were the A-list? Hofit who? Jackie St Whatever? Still amongst the D to E listers there were a few shining stars. Elizabeth Hurley got her bangers out (again), Gemma Arterton looked pretty cute, Daisy Lowe did Halloween in style in a gothic LBD and 0.4 of the Saturdays proved they can scrub up well.
