Hilary's huge bouff - hair do or hair don't?

We love huge hair here at heatworld but we're not sure if this is a little ageing for a pretty young lady like Hilary Duff. We're detecting more than a passing resemblance to the late Princess Margaret which we really don't think is a good thing. Someone pass her a brush please.
