Ok so Pharrell wasn’t just popping out for some milk in L.A he was off to a swanky dinner at Moscow’s Italian Embassy and we know it gets a bit nippy in Russia but is that really an excuse to wear a coat that even Dot Cotton would think a bit old ladyish? And if it was really that chilly then you would have thought he’d have done it up at least….wonder if he’s got the matching hat at home?
