When we first saw pictures of Rachel Bilson wrapped in a terry cloth robe with beautiful swan-like feathers and ballerina ornaments in her hair, we knew once Karl Lagerfeld finished this short film it would be special. And we weren’t wrong…
The short film sees the petite actress apparently finishing a ballet performance onstage. Upon leaving the stage she is showered with kisses, hugs and roses from people waiting to congratulate her on a magnificent performance. Though polite, our little ballerina just can’t wait to get to her changing room. Is it because there is a delicious young man waiting to give her a soppy kiss on the smacker? Nope. It’s because Rach just can’t wait to get her mitts on a big chocolaty Magnum ice cream bar. Yes! There she is, with one of the most handsome blokes we’ve seen in a long while just desperate to take her in his arms and snog her face off and she is more interested in scoffing her Magnum. A girl totally after our own hearts.
As the genius creative power behind Parisian fashion house Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld’s short film was never going to be anything other than glamorous. Even if it is for an ice cream.
After watching the mini movie a couple of times, there’s one thing we just can’t stop thinking about – who on earth is that gorgeous man?!
