HARRY POTTER FROCKS! The wanderful and the woeful...

...first off, nothing is as woeful as spelling 'wonderful' with an 'a' (and all those other letters) but we had to stick a wizard-based pun in there somewhere. It's the law.

Secondly - how AMAZING was the turnout at last night's Harry Potter: Deathly Hallows (Part Two) premiere?!

Pretty much everyones who's anyone and everyone in-between was out in force and rocking some seriously fabulous red carpet frocks too.

Emma Watson deserves a special mention, partly because the night was largely about her, and partly because she managed to switch up her look THREE TIMES! Meaning she's bagged herself at least three different Facebook profile pics and kept the fash' elite on their toes all evening.

It wouldn't be a Harry Potter premiere without a little rain, Emma Watson wisely wrapped up in an Antonio Berardi crisp box jacket at the start of the night...

...not before delighting the crowds in a frothy, smokey coloured Oscar de la Renta gown. Pure fashion magic.

But she didn't stop there! At the premiere's after party the actress slipped on another mini frock, this time from Elie Saab's Spring 2011 Couture collection. Much more dancefloor friendly!

JK Rowling went for (SHOCK HORROR) Oscar de la Renta too! Do you think they planned it?! The two ladies' frocks complimented each other perfectly though and, once again, JK Rowling did us proud...even if she does look like she's been rowling around in a hedge...

Bonnie Wright opted for something a whole lot more fashion, choosing to wear a Victoriana buttoned-up silk and lace mix frock by Miu Miu. Mmm mmm.

Jade Gordon sensibly accessorized her frothy white gown with an acid bright clutch bag and (equally tasty) Tom Felton.

Helena Bonham Carter doing what Helena Bonham Carter does best...in a slinky forest green Vivienne Westwood gown, statement hair accessory and her favourite Lulu Guinnes bag. Love her.

Actress Clemence Posey opted for lashings of red carpet froth too; belting her Nina Ricci frock and adding suede black pumps.

The 'devil' does indeed wear Prada - TWICE! And she loves Harry Potter too. (Not that we're suggesting that film was based on US Vogue 'Ed Anna Wintour or anything..) but Ms Wintour did wear this Prada frock back in NY three weeks ago.

Recycling is officially en vogue!

She may have been without her David Gandy arm candy, but that didn't stop Mollie King from dazzling on the night in a mullet dress by Julien Macdonald.

Guy Ritchie's other half Jacqui Ainsley didn't let a little thing like pregnancy come between her and a premiere, slipping on a silky Stella McCartney frock.

Theo Walcott and his lady friend Melanie Slade were there too! Melanie proved that WAGS can do chic in a 1920s Gatsby-esque flapper dress.

Oh look it's the Terrys! Toni shied away from full blown red carpet glam' in liquid leather leggings, an Isabel Marant jacket and WAG-mandatory Louboutins.

The Geldof sisters were the shock stylistas of the night, both proving they can scrub up really rather well, actually, in midnight blue for Peaches...

...and starry black for Pixie - who may or may not have even washed her hair for the occasion!

We definitely approve ladies. Now Pixie, give us a smile...

Eliza Doolitttle swapped her usual hot pants for hot pink Christopher Kane and on-trend Louboutin platforms. Just don't fall over, it's a long way down...

TV presenter Amanda Byram tried her hand at the sheer trend that's been doing the celeb circuit of late. And won. It does mean that knicker flashing is now a trend though, *sigh*.
