We don't know the answer. What we do know is that legions of celeby' types are shoehorning their undercarriages into the toightest, snuggest shorts known to humankind this week. And frankly our woo-woos (sorry) are wincing at the very thought of it.
Shorts have fast become a wardrobe staple this year with all sorts of hilarious (read unhilarous) styles cropping up. Paper bag shorts; PU shorts (*snorts*); rust tribal print contrast waistband lace trim shorts, anyone...anyone?
