Simon's wandering eyes...

He has a history of staring down the frocks of his fellow female co-presenters but his eyes seem to have been more controlled of late. Until last night when Nicole Scherzinger’s puppies got him all of a tizz again at the X Factor USA series premiere.     Kind of has his eyes shut so not really perving. I think the dress was so shiny that it made his eyes hurt.
