Meow! Victoria Beckham shows off her new collection

Ever since we saw Victoria Beckham tottering around in that Pink and black scalloped frock, we’ve been desperate to get our hands on it. Now we can! We just need to find a spare £375…

You’d think that having a baby and running a big, successful designer fashion line was enough to keep Victoria Beckham busy. Only a short while since the brunette was awarded the prestigious Designer Brand of the Year at the British Fashion Awards, Victoria created a standalone brand simply called Victoria.

The collection has already had an airing with the likes of Michelle Williams, Katy Perry and Victoria herself stepping out in the super-cute frocks.

When asked about the new range of dresses, Victoria has said, “This new line serves to channel my inner girl - it is fun and young with a distinct sense of humour. The Victoria range can't help but make you smile with its energy and personality.”

They DO make us smile! Big, daft soppy smiles. Until we see the price tag...

The Victoria collection has finally arrived on British soil and is now stocked in swanky shopping heaven, Harvey Nichols where the outfits have been displayed on quirky cat-head-mannequins. If you fancy bagging yourself a neat little Victoria frock you might have to get saving. Though the pieces are nowhere near as pricy as her mainline items, they are certainly not cheaper with dresses costing between £375 and £995.

The collection features sweet shift dresses in bright colours, cool kitty prints and on-trend drop-waists. Vic said she was inspired by Emily the Strange, a kooky cartoon character from her youth.

Vic told Vogue.com, “This is a way to give my customers what they want. They are really easy-to-wear dresses.”

Hmm. Easy to wear, you say? Right, you’d better put us down for one of each!

What do you think of Victoria’s designer skills, heatworlders?

Yeah she failed with this collection. If you can get a more curvier lady in them then she may have redeemed herself slightly. Because her other collection was not tailored for the larger lady.

some people have more money than sense. I wouldn't buy one of those dresses if I saw it for a tenner in Primark! They're just so...blah. Don't understand why people pay hundreds just for a brand, it's so pathetic it's laughable

Channelling her inner girl? More like her inner office assistant, what is this obsession with shift dresses and pencil skirts?? It's not original or distinctive, just the nonsense she totters around in herself - she dresses so fustily and old.
