Amber Heard channels old Hollywood glamour at the Metropolitan Opera

The glitterati hit the social scene for the Metropolitan Opera premiere of Jules Massent's Manon in New York last night with actress Amber Heard leading the way in the glamour stakes.

Amber looked stunning in her floor length YSL gown with it's backless detail. With her glamorous up 'do and statement red lips, Amber looked like she'd stepped straight out of an old black and white movie.

Emma Roberts slipped into a sweetheart-neck YSL jumpsuit teamed with satin heels and a chic clutch. A sparkly red belt finished her look. Chloe Moretz went for a dramatic slickback 'do and a strapless frilled dress with a velvet bow and stacked heels, all YSL. She added a satin clutch and a velvet choker. We think Chloe looks very Dracula fahbulous in her dark Gothic frock.

Emmy Rossum brought some colour to the event in her fuchsia column number again by YSL. Yves Saint Laurent were obvs sponsoring the attendees as well as the event. Emmy also popped on a choker. Does this signal the return of a 90s fave, perhaps?

Rocking a masculine edge, Dree Hemingway looked stylish and comfortable in her white silk two-piece. She even co-ordinated her bag with Emmy's frock!

Who do you think worked the floor the best last night?
