She's rarely seen out and about in London town since she gave birth to her baby girl in November but she dustd off her heels for a special night out with hubby Sam Cooper last night.
The dark-haired star opted for a dark green leather frock and a brown furry jacket teamed with teetering red and green heels. Lily and Sam reportedly spent 4 hours dining in London's swanky 34 eaterie before they wre spotted leaving and jumping into a cab at around midnight to head back to baby Ethel Mary.
They look like they had almost as much fun in the back of the cab as they over dinner. We love how loved up this happily married pair are.
