She's had a few style hiccups in the past but that isn't going to stop Mischa Barton paving a way for herself in the fashion world, oh no. Watch out Karl Lagerfeld, Mischa's got a pad and pencil and she ain't afraid to use them!

While she's been known as a bit of a handbag designer, clothes have always been a different kettle of fish for Barton. Until now. Mischa has launched her very own clothing line called Mischa's Place. Well, we think she's designing it. The biog on the site reads...

Mischa's Place is an eclectic Haven of Style brought to you by the young Actress and Designer Mischa Barton. Mischa brings her well known Bohemian Style to all aspects of the range.

Hmm, sorry but we're not convinced.

Mischa, are these pretty little frocks drawn by your actual fair hand?

I guess that's us told! The range consists of hand-drawn images of dresses, blouses and other boho-style pieces priced from around £110. For a mere £40 you can pick up a pom-pom scarf and she even has her own bath and body treatments. Want to smell like Mischa? Now you can with just a spritz of her Aqua Mist spray.

While we applaud Mischa for putting together this giant array of MB prods, we can't help but find it a little strange when the lady herself has taken part in a TV show requesting the help of a stylist.

The ex-O.C. star appeared on Styled By June to get advice on her personal style. The actress said, "I want June to style me because she has a great positive attitude and could help me with some of the press. There's been a lot of negative things said and I really feel that she could help me with that."

Perhaps part of her ongoing style-counselling involved getting a drawing hobby?
