Cannes Film Festival, one of the glammest events on the movie calendar, is where the stars get to really let loose on the red carpet. At the Oscars that carpet is just a bit too busy to really get your pose on so it's at Cannes where the glitterati can swan around in their finery to their hearts delight.
Eva Longoria opted for a fishtail Marchesa gown with beautiful delicate beading on the bodice. Her super-long train looked amazing against the red carpet. Super-long trains are officially made for wedding days and Cannes. And maybe a Friday afternoon in the office.
To really show of her decolletage and the panelled back, Eva wore her brunette locks in an elegant chignon.
Freida Pinto also went for a beaded number, hers with a thigh-high split and sheer sleeves. We love her pretty Pink lippy, it totally lifts her look.
Sultry songbird Lana Del Rey slipped on a noir Alberta Ferretti frock for the event. The pointed bandeau looks very vampire, non? After her caped Met Gala look, maybe this is the direction Lana is taking now, clothes-wise?
Our fave so far has to be Diane Kruger in her mint one-shoulder gown. How old-Hollywood does she look? And we adore the chic high bun she's rocking. Ultra beaut.
