First up in our gallery of Glamour Women of the Year 2012 on-the-fence outfits are Cat n' Kat. Cat Deeley, why do you have to play it so safe? A monochrome dress and black courts are all very nice but boring boring boring. Katherine Jenkins looks like she's going to fade away, but her bandeau Mary Katrantzou frock is very lovely. We're just not sure about the blue nail polish and nude peeptoes as they're again, playing it safe.

Kelly Rowland opted for a Maria Grachvogel gown which made her look somewhat like a giant moth, whereas superhero Kylie went for glittering Stella McCartney. It has the potential to be amazing, but we just couldn't understand the reasons behind the cape at the back, which catapulted Kyles into the undecided gallery.

In theory, Kelly Brook's white lace dress is all very nice, and we love the retro hair and make-up. But we can't get over the neon Pink polish and metallic blue clutch which we reckon ruin her vintage vibe. Jessica Alba usually does so well, but on this occasion we think her Alexander McQueen gown is a bit too Agent Provocateur meets ultimate frump.

Jameela Jamil went for clunky neon Nanette Lepore wedges, an amazing Lulu Guinness lips clutch and a strapless printed dress. All the items could be very nice individually but altogether? We're not so sure. The dress looks like it'd be slightly more suited to wear on the beach rather than the red carpet, but we do admire Jameela for making the most of the sun yesterday. We love Myleene Klass' £99 frock from her own collection for Littlewoods, but the black platforms and black clutch are all just a bit too boring for us. Nothing screams amazing. Do you like or hate these outfits heatworlders?
