Poor old Kate Middleton can’t wear the same outfit or accessory twice without us getting our knicks in a twist about it- what do we expect her to do? Bin these fab dresses after one outing? We love seeing Kate rocking the same frock more than once as it’s exactly what we do too- obviously ours aren’t quite as bank balance busting as her couple of thousand a pop frocks but for all of us who have a gazillion wedding this summer and wonder if we can get away with the same dress at a few of them, the answer is most definitely yes.
Kate herself brought out an old fave for this weekend’s wedding of Will’s cousin Emily McCorquadale to James Hutt, she’d previously worn the intricately painted silk Jenny Packham gown to a polo match last year. She made it wedding (and weather appropriate) by adding one of her trademark coatdresses, her fave nude court shoes and a jauntily placed beret style headpiece.
She’s an old hand when it comes to finding new ways to wear old faves-take a look at our gallery for her other recycling moments.
