Unlucky Katie accidentally gave paps (and us all) a flash of her boob as she left the shops and got into a taxi. Wearing a blue and red polka dot halter-neck top, blue jeans, shades and black pumps, anyone would be forgiven for thinking this was a perfectly safe shopping outfit.
