When it comes to Lady Gaga, very little surprises us. But this Halloween-inspired get-up actually managed to. She's about three months too early for Halloween mind you, but that doesn't bother Gaga. Gaga went for a stroll in the park in Bucharest earlier today with her adorable puppy in tow (in her assistant's tote bag) whilst munching on some popcorn, naturally. Sporting an all-black ensemble including black flats, black wet-look jeans, a black leather jacket and a black hat (which just needs a bit more of a point to turn into a proper witch's halloween costume) and brand new bright orange hair. We don't blame you Gaga. Since the appearance of Greg Rutherford in the heatworld office last week, we have a whole new appreciation for ginger...
