At the height of the Spice Girls dizzying fame red haired Geri donned this skin tight, barely-there uber-patriotic dress when she performed with the rest of the girls at the 1997 Brit Awards. Can we even call this a dress? It's more like a vest. Ginger Spice was born. Girl Power!

Mazza moment

 

Geri had an early Marilyn Monroe moment in 1997 at the Royal Variety Performance wearing a va-va-voom white gown

How low can you go (answer: very)

 

Amazingly, now-blonde Geri wore this tropical print Versace frock before Jennifer Lopez and her derriere did! The petite star showed off her bod in the slashed to here and there dress at the first ever N.J.R. Awards in Cannes. Poor Geri's efforts were overshadowed a month later when the Latino bombshell picked the same dress for an appearance at the Grammys

Sheer madness

 

Gezza couldn't wait to show off her super-toned bod. So much so at the MTV European Awards in Dublin she showed it all off! Well, nearly. We can definitely see nipples.

Pretty in pink

 

Geri chose a pale pink corseted gown to attend a ballet to mark the 10th anniversary of Gianni Versace's death. Save from the startled expression, we think Geri pulls this tres Versace look of pretty well

La la land

 

It was shimmery purple and a lot less curves for the 2002 Vanity Fair Academy Awards party. She looks like she can't quite believe she got invited

Buh-bye baby bump

 

Following the birth of her first child, daughter Bluebell, Geri appeared to lose her baby weight super fast. At Bluebell's christening the yummy mummy showed off her svelte figure in a bluebell blue (geddit) shift dress and chic heels

Tiered and terrible

 

Whatever possesed Geri to wear this tiered gypsy dress for a press call with her fellow reunited Spicies we don't know. Definitely not a high moment in Halliwell's style calendar. Mind you, Victoria Beckham didn't fair too well either...

Added value marketing?

 

When Geri launched her clothing collection with Next, no one was surprised to see a reworked version of her infamous Union Jack dress in there. Thankfully, this one covered the crotch a bit more than the last

Walk like an Egyptian (mummy) part deux

 

Another Herve, this time hot pink. Once celebs wear one of this clingy numbers, they seem to suddenly become obsessed with them. It's like us and our jeans, only our jeans hide our burger bloat

Tiny Geri Halliwell would only come up to Naomi Campbell's belly button so a career as a supermodel was never on the horizon. Even so Geri confidently strutted her stuff when asked to walk for charity at the Fashion for Relief event at Somerset House in 2010

Is there a star that hasn't worn an Herve Leger bandage dress? We doubt it. Halliwell wore a strapless version of the iconic frock to a game of polo, ooh-la-la!

Rolling in the deep

 

Swit-swoo! Gezza blew the world away when she rocked up to the swanky  Boodles Boxing Ball in 2011 wearing a halterneck red gown. This  reminds us of Pamela Anderson. Sort of Baywatch Goes to the Prom, in a good way.

Olympic glory

 

With the whole world poised to watch the Spice Girls reunited for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games 2012, the pressure on what to wear must have been immense. Should Geri crack out her old faithful Union Jack dress again? In the end the petite singer went for a fun red rara dress with a huge patriotic bow on the back. Absolutely perfect and nothing less than we've come to expect
