Kate, who is now nineteen weeks pregnant, paid a visit to south London’s Hope House, a women only rehabilitation clinic. When asked if she was nervous about giving birth for the first time she admitted it would be “unnatural if it wasn’t”.
The royal bump was well dressed for its first public appearance in an elegant Maxmara wrap style dress which she teamed with a pair of classic black court shoes . Bring on the maternity chic. Kate!
