There's nothing better when it's cold, wet, windy and grey outside than to put on a bit of Wham! and have a boogie! There's just something about songs like Club Tropicana and Wake Me Up Before You Go Go that makes us think of sunshine. This is why we're very excited to hear that this weekend's X Factor is all about Wham! and George Michael. However, Simon Cowell is already being criticised for his decision, as Jedward haters (you should all be ashamed of yourselves!) claim he's only chosen Wham! to give the twins an easy ride. It is thought John and Edward will perform Wham! Rap on Saturday's show, which will think will be brilliant, but others feel is too easy. OK, so Jedward may well have been born to perform Wham! tracks, but nobody said anything about Jamie Archer getting an easy ride during Rock Week, did they? And we must remember the huge benefits of a Wham! theme... With any luck Olly Murs will perform Club Tropicana in the same tiny white pants that were in the original video. Also on this weekend are Susan Boyle and Mariah Carey. We wonder if they'll sing Wham! songs, too...
