At last! There’s some romance going on on The X Factor – which certainly makes a nice change form all the bickering!

Apparently, John Grimes of Jedward fame has fallen for Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock after they met while filming a speed-dating sketch for The Xtra Factor.

“The lads filmed a speed dating night with the girls from Little Mix. It was being shot for next weekend's Xtra Factor and it was all supposed to be a bit of a laugh,” a source tells Herald.ie.

“In the end they each had to choose one of the girls to go on a proper date with - and John chose Leigh-Anne. They just seemed to hit it off straight away and they've been texting each other all week since. He's totally smitten with her.

“Obviously John and Edward have been through this whole process before. John and Leigh-Anne have a lot in common and they seem to be really into each other.”

Oh no! How will Edward cope if John gets a girlfriend? They won’t be able to spend every single second together!

Risky business

Leigh-Anne, 19, has already been romantically linked to The Risk’s Ashford Campbell, but has used Twitter to deny the romance. “OK so me and @Ashford_therisk are definitely not dating,” she said. We wonder if she’ll be so quick to deny that she’s dating John?
