Lady Gaga really does care about her fans – even the ones who are semi-famous themselves as contestants on The X Factor.
Speaking to Alan Carr about why she dashed on stage to comfort Kitty Brucknell during her interview on The Xtra Factor, the Marry The Night singer confessed, “I felt really bad, I felt terrible. I know how rejection feels in this business and for it to happen in front of all of the UK watching. I couldn't imagine how she must have felt. So I just thought I'd take some of the brunt with her.”
However, Gaga doesn’t feel so sorry for Kitty that she’s willing to duet with the her – despite what gossip to the contrary suggested.
“I don't know. I don't really duet with anyone,” Gaga told Alan. “My next duet I believe will be with Elton John on my next album. I played him a song and he really liked it.” Of course Gaga has also sung with the likes of Beyonce, so she’s sticking strictly to the A-list then. Sorry Kitty.
“Misha is wonderful”
After singing on last week’s X Factor Lady G also singled out Misha Bryan for some praise, "I loved them all, I loved obviously Born This Way, Misha B did really wonderful, she has a beautiful voice.
“They are all really great. Everybody has a different contribution to the music industry so it's going to be interesting to see what happens on X Factor but I was very happy to have the opportunity to perform again and come back with my favourite song on my album.”
