Everyone has an opinion about who should be sitting on year’s X Factor judging panel.
X Factor boss Simon Cowell wanted Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh to sit behind the judges’ desk, instead of Gary, Louis, Tulisa Contostavlos and Nicole Scherzinger.

heat has spoken exclusively to Tom Bower – the author of the explosive biography The Intimate Life Of Simon Cowell – as he releases an updated version of the headline-grabbing book, and Tom has revealed Simon's dream X Factor team,
“His ideal line-up this year probably would have been Cheryl and Dannii with Gary and Louis,” Tom has said. “He would have very much liked Dannii there – he thinks that would have brought in a lot more viewers and it would have been a better show.”
As well as casting doubt on Tulisa and Nicole, Tom also tells heat that Simon WILL be back on the show later this year,
“There’s no doubt he thinks he’ll come back for the final,” the author tells heat exclusively. “The role that he’ll play will become clearer in a few weeks.”
