In just a few hours’ time we’ll find out who will be the third act to get booted off of The X Factor.

We’re feeling tense just thinking about it, so we can only imagine how the acts and the judges are feeling…

After some brilliant and not-so brilliant performances from this year’s X Factor bunch, it looks like Christopher Maloney is going to be next singer to pack his bag and leave the competition.

While Nicole Scherzinger embraced the cheese (making us feel v. hungry by comparing Chris is a cheese toastie. Mmmm… cheese toasties), Tulisa on the other hand finally cracked and admitted just how dated she thinks Christopher sounds.

Looking at William Hill’s odds it would seem that the bookies agree with T, while Ella Henderson’s and Jahmene Douglas’ powerhouse vocal performances give them 100/1 odds of them going. Which basically means that there is no chance they are going to be vote off.

Our highlight from last night’s show had to be James Arthur – we agreed with Gary Barlow when he said that his version of LMFAO’s Sexy And I Know It was the standout performance of the series so far.
