Status: offline 		Well I've finally got rid of her off facebook! I deleted her and some others that I've not really spoken to in a long time and she emailed to ask if I'd deleted her!! Blocked her as well now so thats that!!

Because...?? You seem to be the only one thinking this,which negates your theory. Why don't you expand on it-explain exactly what has caused you to come on here today and post her picture in various threads and harrass her. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook ("IP License"). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
