Lacey finds out that Martha didn’t return the stolen money to Will Savage, but spent it herself. Lacey uses this to blackmail Martha so she can go out to a Sixth Form party.
Other threatening behaviour comes in the form of Walker, who puts Ally on edge when he’s with the kids in the park. Lynsey sees the weird interaction and asks Ally if Walker was behaving oddly. But Ally refuses to talk about it…Lynsey looks Walker up on the hospital database but there’s no record of him as “Simon Walker” – maybe his name is Nick? That’s what Ally thought he was called, anyway…
Amy finds out that Brendan is the landlord of her and Ste’s flat. When he puts the rent up, her and Ste argue – he wants to move out, she wants to stay because she’s made it her home. Brendan drives a wedge further between Amy and Ste by saying that, with Doug around, Amy’s going to have no part in Ste’s life. Riley and Mitzeee – who are acting like a proper couple now – totally upset Mercedes with their behaviour. She pretends she’s okay, but she’s really not. She visits Myra in prison and confides in her, telling her she’s heartbroken, she thought Riley wanted to give their relationship another go. Myra sympathises, but after she points out that Mercedes DID cheat on Riley with his dad, Mercy turns and Myra reads her mind – she’s going to do something horrible to Mitzeee.
And she does. She decorates Mitzeee and Riley’s flat with photos of them – all from the weird hate-shrine she used to have in her closet – and daubs ‘SLAG’ over them all using black paint. Not kind!
