Brendan’s upset about Lynsey so takes Walker to search the thugs’ flat. When he comes across Cheryl’s diary, he realises that they were after her. He goes back to her and says she’s got to go back to Ireland and grieve for a bit. But she thinks it’s because he knows something. He says he knows nothing, but she demands he finds out what on earth has gone on. She’s totally beside herself and needs an explanation.

Texas is developing conspiracy theories, and thinks that Silas or one of his fanboys from the internet are carrying out another series of murders. Dodger tells her she’s being paranoid, but after Nancy says she wishes she’d followed her gut about Silas the first time, Texas calls the police and tells them what she suspects.

Riley visits Mitzeee in prison but she can’t comfort him as much as he’d like. He tells her he’s not alone at home – but doesn’t let on that Mercy is staying there. He returns to her and she is more than happy to clutch him to her bosom as he cries.

Ste tells Amy about Ally, and they all argue. Ally says he can prove he only goes to the strip club to watch out for the women there because he feels guilty about letting his sister fall into that cycle (she was raped by two punters, apparently).

He takes Ste and Ally to meet a stripper who can vouch for him, but Amy – quite rightly – doesn’t believe him. She says she can’t trust him and walks off with Ste. Once they’ve gone, Ally hands some money over to the stripper – he bribed her into covering for him. So where was he when Lynsey was killed?.
