TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “SUMSUNG HEAT MAGAZINE COMPETITION” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.
1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
To be in with a chance to win a Samsung S8 phone, entrants must email prize@heatmag.com with the subject “Samsung comp”.
One winner will be chosen by electronic random draw within 30 days after the Competition End Date.

**3. DATES **
Start Date and End Date. From 23/05/2017 at 00.00 (Start Date) to 29/05/2017 at 23.59 (End Date).
Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.
Winner Announcement. The winner will be contacted within 30 days of the competition ending directly via the email address that they have used to enter the competition. We will announce on Twitter when the winner has been chosen and notified. The winner will have 5 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not claimed their prize by return email, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected by electronic random draw.

5. THE PRIZE
One prize will be awarded to one winner, comprising of:
1 Samsung S8 mobile phone handset.
The Prize is provided by 3 network and we are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality. The Prize does not contain any phone contracts or sim contracts and the winner is solely responsible for making the phone operational.
We will post the prize to the winner within 28 days of the winner being notified that they have won via email.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
OTHER CONDITIONS
a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.
b. One entry per person.
c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
d. We are not responsible if your email for any reason does not come through to our mailbox, or if you lose internet signal whilst trying to enter.
e. You are responsible for all costs of entry.
f. As far as it is lawful to do so, we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.
g. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
