Ed Sheeran has opened up about his friendship with One Direction’s Harry Styles – or as we now know him, the man who is incapable of doing up the buttons on his shirt.

Even at Louis Tomlinson’s mum’s wedding – he still had his chest hanging out![].

But we digress.

It seems Ed isn’t at all fazed by Harry’s apparent inability to button up his shirts and has revealed that he’s closer with the band than ever. Even offering them advice when they need it.

“When I see them – the last time I saw all of them was last year at the MTV Video Music![] Awards, but I see Harry quite a lot – I don’t counsel them,” he told Event Magazine.

“We have a drink and some fun![]. Whenever I see them, they’re fine, but I have times where I don’t handle things very well and I mask it, and I’m sure they can mask it as well.

“I don’t have any of the frustrations that they might have, because they have to make decisions as five, whereas I’m my own man. That’s the balance they have to get.”

Ed – who co-wrote One Direction’s hit song, Little Things, with Harry – has previously spoken about the how the pair act as “anchors” for one another.

So cute.

We do love a good bromance.
